This Privacy Policy explains how AIVISE SRL (“AIvise”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data when you use our website, contact us, request the AI Idea Test, subscribe to workshop updates, or purchase a workshop.

1. Who is responsible for your data

AIVISE SRL is the controller of your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact requests: your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to send us.
  • AI Idea Test requests: your email address and name.
  • Workshop updates: your email address and your marketing preference when you actively choose to receive updates.
  • Workshop purchases: your name, email address, business name, business tax ID, and the information needed for booking and invoicing.
  • Direct communications: information you send through email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we use your data and the legal basis

  • To reply to an inquiry and communicate with you about our services: our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To send the AI Idea Test you requested: to provide the resource you asked for.
  • To send workshop updates and marketing emails: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
  • To process workshop bookings, payments, invoices, and related communications: performance of a contract and compliance with accounting and tax obligations.

4. Email marketing and the AI Idea Test

When you request the AI Idea Test, we use your email address to send that resource. You will receive future workshop news or marketing emails only if you separately opt in through the relevant checkbox. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use trusted service providers that process personal data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:

  • Brevo, for contact management and sending email communications.
  • Stripe, for payment processing. Stripe processes payment information under its own Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment-card details.
  • WhatsApp, when you choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp.

We may also share data where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

7. How long we keep data

  • Contact, email, and WhatsApp inquiries: up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or another lawful purpose.
  • AI Idea Test requests: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete your data earlier.
  • Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
  • Workshop booking and invoicing data: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy of data you provided to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data-protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Cookies and third-party tools

Our website uses essential technical storage needed for it to work, including a record of your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.
