AI Adoption Accelerator

A structured program for teams
adopting AI

AI adoption inside an organization is rarely just a technology problem. Teams need practical skill, but also a structured way to integrate AI into their work. Leadership needs alignment on where AI fits the strategy. The legal side needs to keep pace, to establish a safe and reliable adoption.

AIvise offers two engagement tracks so you can choose the depth that fits the moment: a focused developer-side program, or a 360° engagement that brings in business coaching and legal advisory together.

How to choose

Which track fits where you are right now?

Most teams start with Track A on one team, then expand to Track B once the value is clear and the questions broaden.

A

Start with Track A when…

  • Development teams are the immediate priority.
  • The organization already has its policies and leadership alignment in place.
  • You want to prove the adoption model on one team before scaling.
B

Move to Track B when…

  • AI adoption is a strategic initiative across the organization.
  • The technical, legal and human sides of adoption need to move together.
  • Leadership, engineering and legal need one shared conversation.
Why this program

Different from a workshop.
Different from a hire.

A structured adoption framework that stays with the team .

01

A framework that stays with the team.

Unlike one-off trainings or an embedded AI-first developer where the team uses AI but never builds its own way of working with it, this program creates a structured adoption framework that stays with the team.

02

Aligned to your company's goals.

Adoption is aligned to your company's goals and shaped together with the team, so people move in the same direction, openly and with a clear sense of how AI fits the work they already care about.

03

Real production experience

AIvise: Founder with 13+ years of production AI experience, including leading the Advanced Analytics & Data Engineering Department at Banca Transilvania (BigData, RPA, Data Science, Chatbots, Machine Learning teams). Delivered real solutions in production, used by millions.

Common questions

Before you book a call.

Who is the program for?

Development teams adopting AI inside an existing organization — typically engineering or product groups of 5–25 people. Track B fits when leadership, legal and tech need to move together as a company-wide initiative.

What's the minimum commitment?

Three months, billed monthly. There's a structured review at the end of month 3 to decide whether to continue, expand to another team, or transition to Track B.

Do we need to use a specific AI tool or vendor?

No. We're tool-agnostic and recommend what fits the team's stack and risk profile. Part of the assessment is helping you separate what's hype from what's actually useful for your team.

Can the workshops happen on-site?

Yes. The base program is delivered remotely and on-site as needed. There's also an optional add-on: an embedded day on-site each week, working with the team on their real code, for €1,000/day.

What languages do you deliver in?

Romanian or English. AIvise is based in Cluj-Napoca and works across Romania and remote.

What if our industry has specific compliance constraints?

Custom scoping is available for organizations with specific regulatory or sector requirements — fintech, healthcare, public sector, etc. Track B brings in the lawyer partners for legal and AI Act review.

Ready when you are
